Urban Reflection CAL Week 4: Border and Blocking

Warm Up Quick Infinity Scarf

Hey everyone! Is it chilly where you are? It's freezing here! Like literally! We've had weeks at a time that it hasn't gotten above 32 degrees! (Or zero for those of you that use Celsius).  I suddenly realized that I didn't have scarves for me or my girls! I usually donate the ones we used the previous winter when it starts to warm up so that someone else can stay warm and I'm not packing away things I will never find again or use. Somehow winter hit this year and I wasn't ready for it! Haha! Long story short, we all needed scarves and we needed them FAST!  This infinity scarf works up so quickly and because of the bulky yarn it is also soft and warm. It makes a great last minute gift and because of the simple stitches it's a good gender neutral pattern. Also, because it works up so quickly, it's easy to make it in every color and expand your accessory wardrobe! I hope you enjoy it! Advertising is what allows me to offer patterns to you f

I'm Back!!!

You guys!!!! I am so so so excited about this! I have missed designing so much and really I have missed talking yarn with all my friends! So much has happened over this last year. The biggest news of all being - our family grew by one! We now have our first little boy! He is the happiest baby - seriously never stops smiling! {Unless he's poopy.... hahaha!} He is content in almost every situation, loves his sisters and daddy. {He loves me too but that's a given - I make the food! Hahaha!} We had some pretty serious jaundice concerns with him the first couple months but now there is no stopping him. He is growing too fast! He has made our life more complete then I ever thought it could be. I never knew what I was missing not having a boy! I am so excited to get a new free pattern out to you! It's in the works right now and almost done!
